AEDAS Homes Consolidates its Position on The Costa del Sol with The Launch of Three New Developments with 160 Homes in Estepona

AEDAS Homes, a leading national property developer, is flexing its muscles on the Costa del Sol with the launch of three new developments with 161 homes in Estepona, representing an investment of more than 50 million euros: South Place, in the Las Mesas area; and Vanian Gardens III and Vanian Views next to Selwo Park. With these projects, the company is responding to the strong demand in the city for quality homes with views and complete communal areas. In total, AEDAS Homes now have around thirty projects with more than 1,200 homes on the Costa del Sol.
South Place is the company’s fourth development in the Las Mesas area. It consists of 51 homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with garage and storage room and features modern architecture with unobstructed views, large terraces and penthouses with solariums. Its communal areas include a children’s pool, adult swimming pools and gymnasium.
“This development is in a privileged location, just a stone’s throw from the city centre, and close to a wide range of restaurants, shops and services. In other words, it is a fully consolidated environment”, emphasises José Luis Rodríguez, AEDAS Homes Development Manager on the Costa del Sol. The project manager points out that there is a high level of interest in this new development as well as in the rest, mainly among potential clients who are already familiar with AEDAS Homes developments in the area.
On the other hand, in the eastern part of Estepona, specifically in the vicinity of Selwo Park, AEDAS Homes has launched Vanian Gardens III, the third and penultimate phase of the Vanian Gardens residential project. The development as a whole is characterised by its spectacular communal areas, with an abundance of green spaces and complete communal facilities for the enjoyment of the owners. Vanian Gardens III comprises 49 spacious homes in three-storey buildings with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. An attractive offer that includes ground floor apartments with large private gardens and penthouses with solariums.

Among the strong points of Vanian Gardens III are its spectacular communal areas. “The project will include a children’s swimming pool, three adult swimming pools, gymnasium, community room, garden areas, spa, Youth Club and cinema room”, emphasises José Luis Rodríguez, who explains that “the buyer profile of this development is both national and international, who wish to enjoy a home set in the heart of nature”.
The third of AEDAS Homes’ new developments in Estepona is Vanian Views next to Selwo Park. “It is a unique residential development because it is elevated above the rest of the sector, which provides privileged views of the sea and the coast,” says the Manager. Vanian Views will house 61 homes of 2 and 3 bedrooms with garage and storage room arranged in a semi-oval on a hill, also with communal areas (children’s pool, adult swimming pools and gymnasium). “The different heights of the buildings provide spectacular views to the homes. All have large terraces. A perfect product for nature and sea lovers,” he says.
Vanian Gardens III and Vanian Views also offer excellent transport links. They are located one hour away from Málaga and Gibraltar airports and 10 minutes away from Marbella and Sotogrande. They also have easy access to the A7 motorway, which places this residential development just 10 minutes from the town centre and beaches.
